Medical Update Lunch and Learn

Regional HIV/AIDS Connection and Janssen are proud to host a Lunch and Learn event for clients of RHAC. This Lunch and Learn event will be a medical update on HIV and Hep C with Dr. Stiengart of the Sanguen Health Centre. The Lunch and Learn will take place on Tuesday, October 18th from 1:00-3:00 pm in the RHAC Boardroom (2nd floor, 186 King St., London).

PFLAG Resumes

PFLAG London (Parents, Family and Friends of Lesbians, Gays and Trans) is resuming their meetings this fall. PFLAG invites you to meet with them on the third Monday of each month. The fall dates are Monday, September 19th, Monday, October 17th, and Monday, November 21st.

Workshop - HIV & Substance Use

The Ontario HIV & Substance Use Training Program (OHSUTP) is hosting two workshops in Woodstock and Sarnia for service providers interested in learning more about issues around HIV, Hepatitis C and substance use. This workshop is a good pofessional development opportunity to those working in the fields of substance use, mental health and social services and primary health.

PHA Cafe

PHA Café is a social support group for people living with HIV/AIDS, held on the second Thursday of each month from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Food is provided, and meetings consist of group discussion, films, occasional offsite social events, and guest speakers. This group is a safe space to share ideas and opinions, connect with other people, and have fun.

The group is held in London but is open to all people living with HIV/AIDS in Elgin, Huron, Lambton, Middlesex, Oxford and Perth. Transportation assistance can be arranged.
